Polyester knit with a pleated look, this fabric has some stretch. Pleats are horizontal, I recommend turning vertical so that pleats don't pull down. Nice stretch either way you choose to do it for an elegant look!

100% Polyester knit 60" wide

 

All fabrics are sold by the half yard and cut in continuous lengths. Quantity of 1= 1/2 yard, 2= 1 yard, 3=1 1/2 yard and so forth.
